Binzhou

Binzhou, formerly known as Putai, is a prefecture-level city in northern Shandong province, China, whose city proper sits on the northern bank of the Yellow River while its administrative area straddles both sides of the river's lower course before its present delta. At the 2020 census it had a population of 3,928,568 across an area of 9,453 square kilometers, with about 1.19 million people in its built-up metro area.
