Chuzhou

Chuzhou is a prefecture-level city in eastern Anhui province, China, bordering the provincial capital Hefei to the south and southwest, Huainan to the west, Bengbu to the northwest, and Jiangsu province to the east. The 2010 Chinese census recorded a registered population of 3,987,054, with 1,198,719 living in the built-up area, while 7,260,240 people declared themselves permanent residents.
