Guangyuan is a prefecture-level city in Sichuan province, China, bordering Shaanxi to the northeast and Gansu to the northwest. It sits on the northern edge of the Sichuan Basin, on the upper reaches of the Jialing River, at the meeting point of Sichuan, Shaanxi and Gansu provinces, with a population of 2,305,657 recorded at the 2020 census.
