Lu'an

Lu'an, also known as Gaocheng, is a prefecture-level city in western Anhui province, China, situated between the Yangtze and Huaihe rivers at the northern foot of the Dabie Mountains and bordering Henan and Hubei provinces. At the 2020 census its population was 4,393,699 across an area of 15,436 square kilometers, with about 1.75 million people in its built-up metro area.
