Qinzhou is a prefecture-level city in south-central Guangxi, in southern China, lying on the Gulf of Tonkin. Its total population was 3,302,238 as of the 2020 census, of whom 1,400,134 lived in the built-up area formed by the Qinbei and Qinnan urban districts. By the end of 2024 the city's total registered population had reached 4,213,300.
