A prefecture-level city in northwestern Jiangsu province, China, also known by its historical name Pengcheng, sited at the junction of Jiangsu, Shandong, Henan and Anhui provinces in a natural gap between the Shandong Hills and the North China Plain. Its 2020 census population was approximately 9.08 million.
