Choolaimedu is a large residential and commercial locality in Chennai, in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu, bordering Kodambakkam, Vadapalani, M.M.D.A. Colony, Aminjikarai, Mahalingapuram and Nungambakkam. Originally part of Puliyur village within Kodambakkam, it has grown into a significant commercial hub and a transit point linking Arcot Road and Nelson Manickam Road.
