Kuningan is the administrative capital of Kuningan Regency in West Java, Indonesia, with a population that grew from 91,370 at the 2010 census to 109,913 at the 2020 census and a mid-2025 estimate of 118,632, across 29.94 square kilometers. The town combines urban kelurahan and rural desa divisions into sixteen administrative units serving as the regency's seat of government.
