Lahat is a town in South Sumatra, Indonesia, serving as the capital of Lahat Regency. Its administrative district covers about 107.6 square kilometers and had a population of roughly 111,384 people according to official mid-2024 estimates. The town lies near the Trans-Sumatra Highway and has rail links to Palembang and Lubuklinggau.
