Kawagoe, Saitama

Kawagoe is a city in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. As of February 2021 it had an estimated population of about 353,214 across 162,210 households over a total area of 109.13 square kilometers. The city is known locally as Little Edo, an old name for Tokyo, because of its many historic buildings.
