Naushahro Feroze is the capital city of Naushahro Feroze District in Pakistan Sindh province, bordered by the Khairpur, Dadu, Larkana and Nawabshah districts, with the Indus River forming part of its western boundary. The city sits in a hot desert climate zone with extremely hot summers and mild winters. It is the hometown of Ghulam Mustafa Jatoi, who served as chief minister of Sindh and as Pakistan caretaker prime minister.
