Floridablanca is a municipality in Pampanga province in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines, with a 2024 census population of 146,095 across 175.48 square kilometers. It was founded in 1823 as Hacienda de San Jose de Caumpaui and renamed Pueblo de Floridablanca in 1867, and today ranks as the province's third largest municipality by area and its second largest rice producer. The municipality is home to Basa Air Base, a Philippine Air Force facility established in 1947, and its Spanish name, meaning white flower, is said to refer either to the local pandacaqui plant or to an eighteenth century Spanish nobleman.
