Siquijor is a municipality and the titular capital of Siquijor province, in the Negros Island Region of the Philippines. Spanish priests reached the area by 1780, and the town was formally organized as a municipality in 1794, the same year its parish was established; it had a 2024 census population of 30,215 across 90.70 square kilometers. The municipality houses the Siquijor Provincial Capitol and its economy rests on farming, fishing, woodcraft and furniture making, basket weaving and food processing.
