Obluchye is a town in Russia's Far East, the administrative center of Obluchensky District in the Jewish Autonomous Oblast. It sits on the Khingan River, about 159 kilometers west of Birobidzhan, the oblast's administrative center. Its recorded population has fallen steadily, from 12,016 at the 1989 Soviet census to 11,069 in 2002, 9,379 in 2010 and 7,959 in 2021.
