Cebrene

Cebrene, also spelled Cebren, was an ancient Greek city in the middle Skamander valley of the Troad region of Anatolia. Some scholars hold that its name was changed to Antiocheia in the Troad for a period during the third century BC. Its remains have been located on Cal Dag in the forested foothills of Mount Ida, about seven kilometers south of where the Skamander flows, and the site was first identified by the English amateur archaeologist Frank Calvert in 1860.
