Kütahya is a city in western Turkey on the Porsuk River, 969 meters above sea level, and the seat of both Kütahya Province and Kütahya District in the Aegean Region. Its population was 263,863 in 2022. The surrounding region has gentle, agricultural slopes that rise to high mountain ridges to the north and west.
