Sidussa was a small fortified town of Ionia belonging to the territory of Erythrae, tentatively placed on the island of Buyuk Ada in Turkey's Izmir province and described by Pliny the Elder as an island off the coast of Erythrae. It was a member of the Delian League, appearing in Athenian tribute records between 450 and 429 BC, and in 412 BC Athenian commanders Leon and Diomedon used it as a base to launch attacks on Chios.
