Syangela was a town of ancient Caria, in what is now southwestern Turkey, and a polis that was a member of the Athenian-led Delian League, appearing in its tribute records. Along with the neighbouring city of Myndus, it avoided being absorbed when the Carian ruler Mausolus united several cities to found Halicarnassus; its site has been identified near Kaplan Dag in Turkey.
