Zeleia was an ancient town of the Troad region in Asia Minor, situated at the foot of Mount Ida along the Aesepus river near modern Sarikoy in Turkey. Homer Iliad names Zeleia as a contributor of warriors to Troy under the leader Pandarus. The town remained strategically significant into the classical period, hosting a council of Persian satraps who debated how to confront Alexander the Great before the Battle of the Granicus in 334 BCE, before disappearing from the record sometime after the era of the geographer Strabo.
