Pangai is a village on the western shore of Lifuka Island in Tonga's Ha'apai island group, and serves as Ha'apai's administrative capital. Its 2021 census population was 1,026, and the small village center, clustered near the Catholic church and the harbor, holds only a handful of shops, markets and a single bank.
