This group collects the 13 sovereign states and territories that the atlas's own country entities already record, through each country's own SubLabel field (set when the country itself was minted and sourced), as sitting in the United Nations M49 geoscheme's Caribbean intermediate region. It is a single flat group under the Caribbean subcategory, not split further by any smaller unit, since Caribbean stays well under the atlas's own hundred-member threshold for a further split. It sits directly under the Caribbean subcategory and under the atlas's own Groups category, giving a reader a direct browse path from either the Caribbean subcategory page or the Groups index.
