Countries of Central Asia (World)

This group collects the 5 sovereign states and territories that the atlas's own country entities already record, through each country's own SubLabel field (set when the country itself was minted and sourced), as sitting in the United Nations M49 geoscheme's Central Asia intermediate region. It is a single flat group under the Central Asia subcategory, not split further by any smaller unit, since Central Asia stays well under the atlas's own hundred-member threshold for a further split. It sits directly under the Central Asia subcategory and under the atlas's own Groups category, giving a reader a direct browse path from either the Central Asia subcategory page or the Groups index.
