Librazhd is a town and municipality in Elbasan County, southeastern Albania. The municipality was formed at the 2015 local government reform through the merger of the former municipalities of Hotolisht, Librazhd, Lunik, Orenje, Polis, Qender Librazhd and Steblleve, which became its municipal units, with the town of Librazhd as its seat. The municipality's total population is 23,312 across 793.99 square kilometers, while the town's own municipal unit held 6,787 people at the 2023 census.
