Novi Vinodolski is a town on the Adriatic Sea coast in Croatia, situated south of Crikvenica, Selce and Bribir and north of Senj. The town had a population of 3,988, with 5,131 people across the wider city-administered area. Its origins as a Frankopan family property date to the 13th century, the period from which its most valuable heritage survives, including the Law Codex of Vinodol. The surrounding Vinodol Valley supports agriculture and winemaking, while the town's own economy today is centered on tourism.
