Grevenbroich is a town in the Rhein-Kreis Neuss district of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It lies on the Erft river, roughly 15 kilometers southwest of Neuss and southeast of Monchengladbach, with Cologne and Dusseldorf both within about 30 kilometers. The town covers about 102.41 square kilometers and had a population of 65,605 at the end of 2025, and is home to the Frimmersdorf Power Station, a coal-fired plant long noted as one of Europe's least efficient.
