Epitalium, also called Epitalion, was a town of Triphylia in ancient Elis, Greece, near the coast and just south of the Alpheius river. It has been identified with the Homeric town of Thryon or Thryoessa, named in the Catalogue of Ships in the Iliad as part of the domain of Nestor and described as sitting on a lofty hill near the ford of the Alpheius.
