Folegandros is a small Greek island in the southern Cyclades in the Aegean Sea, covering about 32 square kilometers with a population of 719 at the 2021 census. It is administratively part of the South Aegean region Thira regional unit and is known for its tall cliffs and a large cave, with its capital Chora built atop a 200 meter cliff. The island three villages, Chora, the port of Karavostasis, and Ano Meria, are connected by paved roads.
