Gyongyospata is a town in Heves County, Hungary, beside the Danka creek beneath the Matra mountain range. As of the 2022 census it had a population of 2,338; the town lies 9.1 kilometers from the Hatvan-Filakovo railway line, 10.5 kilometers from main road 21, and 19.7 kilometers from the M3 motorway, with its closest railway station at Szurdokpuspoki.
