Treviso is a city and comune in the Veneto region of northern Italy, and the capital of the Province of Treviso. The municipality has 86,076 inhabitants, with about 3,000 living within the Venetian walls or the historic centre, roughly 80,000 in the urban centre, and the wider hinterland home to approximately 170,000.
