Baldone

Baldone is a town in Kekava Municipality, in the Semigallia region of Latvia, about 25 kilometers from the capital Riga, with a population of 3,711 as of 2026. Known chiefly as a spa destination for its sulfur water springs, the town received town status in 1991, sits on the Kekavina river, and now functions as the extra-territorial administrative seat of the surrounding Baldone Parish.
