Krāslava

Krāslava is a town in Latvia and the administrative center of Krāslava Municipality. It lies on the Daugava river upstream and east of the city of Daugavpils, with most of the town on the river's right bank. Under Latvian law, Krāslava belongs partially to the Latgale region and partially to the Selonia region.
