Biala, informally known as Biala Prudnicka, is a town in the southern part of the Opole Voivodeship in southern Poland, in Prudnik County near the border with the Czech Republic. It is the administrative seat of Gmina Biala, was first recorded in 1225, and received town rights in 1311. The town covers about 14.72 square kilometers and had a population of 2,336 at the end of 2021.
