Tarnow

Tarnow is a city in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship of southeastern Poland, granted city rights in 1330, with 105,922 inhabitants as of 31 December 2021 across an area of 72 square kilometers and a metropolitan-area population of about 269,000. It is a major rail junction on the route from Lwow to Krakow, is home to Poland's largest chemical company Grupa Azoty, and is known as the warmest city in Poland by long-term mean annual temperature.
