Wojkowice is a town in the Silesian Voivodeship of southern Poland, located in the Dabrowa Basin near Katowice, within the Silesian Highlands on the Brynica river. It historically belongs to the Lesser Poland region, and its name derives from the old Polish given name Wojek, a diminutive of Wojslaw.
