Tyritake was an ancient Greek town of the Bosporan Kingdom in the eastern part of Crimea, about eleven kilometers south of Panticapaeum. Founded around the middle of the sixth century BC by settlers from Miletus, it relied first on crafts and viticulture and later on fishing and wine production, before it was damaged by Goths in the third century AD and by Huns in the fourth century, and was abandoned by about 370 AD.
