Les Cayes, often called Aux Cayes, is a commune and seaport in the Sud department of Haiti, with a population of 151,696. It is one of Haiti's major ports, exporting mostly coffee and sugarcane, and it is the world's largest supplier of vetiver, exporting about 250 tons of the perfume ingredient each year.
