Sea of Marmara

A small inland sea entirely within Turkey, linking the Aegean Sea to the Black Sea through the Dardanelles and the Bosphorus and separating the European and Asian sides of the country. Its shores hold the city of Istanbul, straddling the strait at its northeastern end.
