Aspendos was an ancient Greco-Roman city in what is now Antalya Province, Turkey, about 40 kilometers east of the modern city of Antalya. It flourished in antiquity as a center blending Greek and Roman culture, and its ruins, including a well-preserved basilica, survive at the site today.
