Belleville is a city in Ontario, Canada, on the eastern end of Lake Ontario at the mouth of the Moira River and on the Bay of Quinte. Its population was 55,071 at the 2021 Canadian census. It is the seat of Hastings County, though politically independent of it, and serves as the centre of the Bay of Quinte Region.
