Bula is a small town and district on the northeastern coast of the Indonesian island of Seram, and the capital of East Seram Regency. The wider Bula district had a population of 26,695 at mid-2023, while the town itself held 12,890 inhabitants as of mid-2022. Nearby are the Bula oil fields, established in 1919.
