Cabarroguis is a municipality and the capital of Quirino province, in the Cagayan Valley region of the Philippines. Established on June 21, 1969 under Republic Act No. 5554 and named for the Nueva Vizcaya congressman Leon Cabarroguis, it had a 2024 census population of 34,720 across 260.20 square kilometers. The municipality is home to Quirino State University and is divided into 17 barangays, four of them urban.
