Carambis, also spelled Karambis, was an ancient Greek city of Paphlagonia on a promontory of the same name on the Black Sea coast. It is mentioned in the Periplus of Pseudo-Scylax and by Pliny the Elder, and appears as Carambas on the Peutinger Table.
