Cariamanga, formally San Pedro Mártir de Cariamanga, is a town in Loja Province, Ecuador, serving as the seat of Calvas Canton on a plateau beneath the twin-peaked Cerro Ahuaca at an elevation of about 1,950 meters. Founded on April 29, 1546 during Spanish colonial campaigns credited to Gonzalo Pizarro, it functions today as a commercial hub linking Loja to the Peruvian border at Macará and is known for specialty coffee production. Its urban population was 13,175 at the 2022 census.
