Cuernavaca is the capital and largest city of the Mexican state of Morelos. Along with Chalcatzingo it is considered one of the likely origin points of Mesoamerican civilization, with Olmec artworks from the city's Gualupita III archaeological site now displayed in Mexico City's Museum of Anthropology.
