Da Lat, also spelled Dalat, is a settlement in the Central Highlands of Vietnam and the former capital of Lam Dong Province, historically the largest city of the region. It sits 1,500 meters above sea level on the Langbiang Plateau and is one of Vietnam's most popular tourist destinations. On 1 July 2025 it ceased to exist as a municipal city under Vietnam's elimination of district-level administrative units, though it remains the same geographic settlement.
