Erseke is a town and former municipality in southeastern Albania that became a subdivision and the seat of the municipality of Kolonje after the 2015 local government reform. Founded in the 17th century, it was the seat of the former Kolonje District and had a population of 3,746 at the 2011 census; situated at the foot of the Gramos mountains at 1,050 meters in altitude, it is one of the highest towns in Albania.
