Guiyang

Guiyang is the capital of Guizhou province in southwestern China, centrally located on the eastern part of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau on the north bank of the Nanming River. Once a relatively remote provincial capital, Guiyang has become known in recent years as a center for China's big-data and cloud-computing industry, drawn there by its cool climate and abundant hydroelectric power, alongside its traditional role as Guizhou's political and commercial hub.
