Iolcus is an ancient city and, in its modern form, a village in Magnesia, Thessaly, Greece, today a municipal unit of Volos north of the Pagasitic Gulf. The former municipality's seat was the village of Ano Volos, and its modern communities, Agios Onoufrios, Anakasia and Ano Volos, together hold a population of about 2,008.
