Isulan is a municipality and the capital of Sultan Kudarat province, in the Soccsksargen region of the Philippines. Created under Executive Order No. 266 on August 30, 1957, with its municipal government beginning operations that September 12, it had a 2024 census population of 101,455 across 541.25 square kilometers. Known as the Oil Palm Capital of the Philippines for its African palm cultivation, the municipality comprises 17 barangays.
