Kepi is a town in South Papua, Indonesia, serving as the administrative center of Mappi Regency since the regency was created in 2002. The town sits on the Obaa River amid swampy, tropical terrain, and functions as a regional hub, reached by air through Kepi Airport and by river routes connecting to the wider Digul and Mappi river systems. Its 2020 census population was 8,394.
